An versatile low-protein baking mix that can be used to make pancakes, waffles, corn bread, crepes, cakes etc.


INGREDIENTS: Wheat starch, Corn starch, dairy-product solids, Canola oil, baking powder, Psyllium husk fiber, sugar, Carbohydrate gum, lecithin, salt.


Allergen Statement: Contains starch from wheat, and also soy and dairy ingredients.


The protein content of the serving size is negligible (about 0.3 gms); Phenylalanine – 17 mg, Methionine–4 mg, Leucine–38 mg, Isoleucine – 17 mg


Store in a cool, dry place or for extended shelf-life refrigerate tightly closed; no need to freeze.
