500g cake mix
For scrambled egg:
Whisk together 100mls of eater and 50g of dry mix. Add to a non stick frying pan and shallow fry on a low heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir with a wooden spoon breaking the mixture up into small pieces while it cooks.
Whisk together 100mls of water and 50g of dry mix. Pour into preheated non stick frying pan tilting the pan to ensure the mixture sets like a pancake. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until brown.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened use within 8 weeks.
Shelf Life – 12 months.
Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
