Description: Each three-serving box contains 7 oz of low protein Pasta Solo - Elbows and a dry cheese mix. Add butter or margarine and nondairy creamer to make a quick and easy Cambrooke favorite!
Preparation: Bring 2-quarts of water for each serving to a rapid boil. For best results, add ½ teaspoon of salt (optional). Add pasta and stir; return to boil. Reduce heat and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally for 16 to 18 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse well with water to remove excess starch. Over medium heat melt 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine in same pan. Add 1 cup non-dairy liquid creamer and package of cheese mix. Blend until smooth and creamy and cheese mixture thickens. For a creamier sauce, add a little extra no-dairy creamer. Remove from heat and return macaroni to pan. Blend thoroughly and serve. Enjoy!
Serving Suggestions: Add one small diced tomato or one small can diced seasoned tomatoes and any extra vegetables if desired for a complete meal.
Storage: Store in cool, dry place.
