Description: A low protein Italian Spaghetti pasta for serving with hearty, thick sauces and Low Protein Veggie Meatballs.
Preparation: Boil 5 cups of water per 62 g of pasta. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of olive oil, if diet allows. Stir pasta into the boiling water. Stir and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse under running water for approximately 2 minutes to remove excess starch. The cooking time listed may vary depending on boiling methods and tastes.
Serving Suggestions: Prepare Cambrooke Foods' Alfredo Sauce Mix and pour over the prepared pasta or top with your favorite marinara or spaghetti sauce.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place.
